    @DanielMadrigalC it's easy just tap the motor shaft on a hard ogect the backpanel is glues to the case and voila

    that is a in runner motor. that black cap is a tight fit to the motor can and it is crimped on tight .i tryed to take one apart and when i got it apart it mwould not go together tight and it would come loose.and it is now junk.a hobby shop may be able to help. you might have spun a bearing in it .hope this helps,keep up the good work you are doing.

    We learn form your experience, maybe the slow flight is OK for a little while but then go to higher speed to cool everything off would be better, limit our slow flight to jsut a few circles. Looks like fun and such good flying weather too. jb

    i dont know -maybe its time to convert to outrunner axial fan -not too much air gets in those little holes - outrunner has much more torque too

    There might be a c clip at one end holding everything together. If that's the case, just remove that clip with a screw driver and then pull the motor apart.
