Kyosho DNaNo - First Drive
About Author
This is the relatively new Kyosho "dNaNo" - a 1:43 scale fully proportional racing RC. This video was taken shortly after taking one out of the box, everything is as it comes. It was my first time driving one, and it didn't take long to feel familiar. This particular car is the Porsche 926 C LH - Kyosho part # 32601PR. I also bought the "starter pack" that comes with the 2.4ghz transmitter, one lipo battery, and a charger. I ran for probably 30 minutes without fully discharging the battery. The track is made from 2'x2' "puzzle pads" that I found at Walmart in the exercise equipment area. That is two packs, each square is 2' to give an idea of the scale of the track and speeds. I also have some foam to make railing with but that's not ready yet. My first impressions of the car are all positive. It has more than enough speed for a track this size, I only used full throttle for a moment on each lap and then only towards the end of the video when I got more comfortable with it. Braking is very responsive and critical to keep the car from pushing, but I haven't done anything to the setup or tires yet either. Overall the car feels quick and nimble and I expect this will be a lot of fun to race. Visit www.racednano.com for more details on the car and their racing system.

Are these only available for purchase online or are they in stores yet? How much did you pay?
Is it expensive?
